Thanks for sharing, Annette. I am a big fan of your work and I love how this piece focuses on the role of subjectivity and perception in how we arrive at what is fair. This is very much a live conversation with our kids these days (they are the best teachers!).
Thank you for this thoughtful analysis — filled with lots of truth and about trust and privilege in particular. Looking forward to the next installment! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I am trying to practice empathy everyday as a trust practice. It's hardest for me where there is socio-political division...which might also mean that's where more focus is needed.
Axe Axe Axe O! Illuminating. Yes! Shared collective values-The awareness of Trust as foundational in...everything...and the lived practice of multi dimensional repair and trust building is essential. I love the way this piece widens my aperture. I immediately feel into the cellular, dna, ancestral and deep psyche levels of repairing from rupture of trust... of Trusting Life, the Great Mystery, our bodies, intuition, inner knowing...to trusting Self, others, society, the "world". In so many ways its a crazy mess in the human world, while also an evolutionary potential moment with immense beauty and love available. Especially here in the USA, in the depths of a Pluto Return, we have so much trust building and repair to humbly engage. My we live into Collective Thriving. -Yes! For all beings, for all life, Everywhere.
My work building trust revealed how important it was to find a blended definition of "what is fair" because different definitions show up as distrust. Anyway, I wrote about it here: https://www.bizcatalyst360.com/building-trust-several-stories-high/

Kids have an innate understanding of fairness! I’m retired mostly, but if I can support you in your work, let me know.
This is brilliant, Amber. I look forward to reading part 2!
Thank you, Alain. I appreciate you and welcome any insights it sparked for you!

Thank you, Elissa! Trust as a privilege is something that I didn't expect but it really jumped out from the data.
Thank you for this gift. 🙏🏻❤️

Somehow I'm just seeing this, Amber! Such great insights from you on this topic, as usual.
